- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this cut-off will ship the next business day.

- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may ask for photographs of the damaged items and packaging to assess the situation. Once the damage is confirmed, we will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Rising Tide Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct the address. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to correct the address.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-send the package. If the customer prefers a refund, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply.
